How event bookings work

Ask about your event

Get in touch by phone or email to discuss the date and your celebration.

Review the agreement

Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and require a signed contract.

Secure your date

A non-refundable security retainer and completed contract are needed to reserve your event date.

Please note: A phone conversation or email enquiry does not reserve a date. Your date is only secured after the required contract and retainer are completed.

Booking policies & reminders

Please review these terms as you plan your event. They explain how reservations, date changes and cancellations are handled.

Reservations & date changes

Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
A non-refundable security retainer and signed contract are required when making a booking.
Dates are not held or confirmed by phone or email alone; the deposit and completed contract must be in place.
After all parties have signed the contract, a $100 additional fee applies to last-minute date changes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requires a written letter bearing all concerned parties' signatures, delivered at least 60 days before the event.
Without the required notice, G & L Rocks DJ Service is entitled to the remaining full balance specified in the contract.
The booking security retainer is non-refundable.
Effective September 1, 2023, event balances must be paid in full at least two weeks before the event date.

Booking reminder: Please make sure every detail in your agreement is reviewed and completed before considering a date reserved.
